Jeff's CD is now available for purchase at Village Toy Company (http://www.villagetoycompany.com/) on Kercheval in Grosse Pointe City. Jeff will be performing live at Village Toy sometime soon with Rob Emanuel on drums and keyboardist Dale Grisa on the 88's. Both Rob and Dale played on KiddyDittys and their contributions are indescribable. The show is slated to be scheduled for a date sometime after the kiddies return to school on September 8th so stay tuned.

  1. Let the Fan Club begin!

I've used the "G" word in reference to Jeff (that would be "Genius") and, for fear of it going to his head, I'll try to tone down my enthusiastic celebration of this album. But that'll be tough 'cuz I'm one of many who know that he's an incredibly talented songwriter and performer.

KittyDittys pulls off what I never knew was possible; for years I suffered through car rides with children begging to listen to mindless, annoying tunes that played down to children. This album is a 180 from that nonsense featuring catchy, clever lyrics that deliver valuable life-lessons - all set to great music. Call it Kermit the Frog meets Bob Dylan.

From someone who has nearly 150 John Jeffrey Hodges songs on her iPod, I have to admit it: "I'm a fan!" I think you will be, too.
